At GROVEVESSA, we want you to feel confident about the outdoor living products you choose for your space. If something is not quite right, our return, exchange and refund process is designed to be clear, practical and straightforward.
Our 30-Day Return Period
From the date you receive your order, you have 30 days to request a return for an eligible GROVEVESSA product.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand-new, unused condition and returned with its original packaging, accessories, components, instructions and any other materials included with the product.
Product Condition Notice
Products that show signs of use, staining, wear, breakage, missing parts, modification, assembly or installation damage, exposure-related damage, or other customer-caused damage may not be eligible for return. We recommend checking dimensions, components, placement requirements and product condition before use, assembly or installation.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, missing parts or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue efficiently, please include your order number and clear photos of the affected item, packaging and any visible shipping damage.
How to Initiate a Return
To help ensure your return is processed correctly, please follow the steps below.
Contact Us
Email service@grovevessa.com with your order number, the product name and the reason for your return request.
Receive Return Instructions
Our customer care team will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible for return.
Pack & Ship the Item
Repack the product and all included components securely to help prevent damage during transit, and follow the return instructions provided by our team.
For non-quality-related returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Approved returns are processed through our designated return facility in China. Please contact our customer care team before sending any item back. The exact return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.
Please do not send returns to our registered business address unless our customer care team specifically instructs you to do so. Our return facility is separate from the registered business address of Chongqing Fengcheng Shansong Network Technology Co., Ltd.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for eligible unused items within the applicable 30-day return period, subject to product availability.
If you would like to exchange an item for another available size, color, configuration or product option, please contact our customer care team before sending the original item back.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed correctly.
Availability
Exchange requests depend on current inventory. If the requested replacement is unavailable, our customer care team will explain the available options.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process an approved refund within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
When Will the Refund Appear?
After GROVEVESSA processes your refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Customized or Personalized Products
Products that have been customized or personalized cannot normally be returned unless there is a quality issue or the item received is defective.
Used or Altered Items
Items that have been used, assembled in a way that causes wear, modified, damaged after delivery or returned with missing components may not be eligible for return.
